Fresh off of the first mileage run of the year (LAX-ORD-LAX), to my disappointment I was told that as of over a year ago United Airlines had stopped serving the fresh cheese and fruit snack box. If you had the experience of having ordered it at some point in the past you'll know it's the one with the FRESH cheese not the processed overly salty crappy kind.
I mean how else am I supposed to burn through $200 of my annual AMEX Platinum card credits that I have designated for United Airlines 'incidental' spend???
Since I had expressed mild frustration on my ORD-LAX flight about this, I was advised to send over a comment to United on the Customer Care section of their website.
While the overall experience on United is usually stellar with excellent FA service, I did notice a couple things that could be remedied:
